How It Works:

  2. No Account Needed: You do not need to create an account to join the consultation.
  3. Joining the Call: Five minutes before your consultation, we will send you an email with a secure link. Click the link to enter the waiting room.
  4. Starting the Consultation: Once it’s your turn, the consultation will begin.
  5. Microphone & Camera: Please ensure both your microphone and camera are switched on before the consultation starts.

How to Enable Your Camera & Microphone on Zoom

On a Windows Laptop or PC:

  1. Open Zoom and sign in (no account required for the consultation).
  2. Click on Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).
  3. Select Video → Ensure your camera is selected and turned on.
  4. Select Audio → Make sure the correct microphone is selected and unmuted.
  5. If prompted when joining the call, click “Allow” to enable your camera and microphone.

On a MacBook:

  1. Open System Preferences → Go to Security & Privacy → Select Privacy.
  2. Click on Camera and Microphone, then check the box for Zoom to allow access.
  3. Restart Zoom and check your camera/microphone settings within the app.

On an iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open Settings → Scroll down and tap Zoom.
  2. Enable Camera and Microphone by toggling the switch to on (green).
  3. When joining the call, tap “Allow” if prompted to enable your camera and microphone.

On an Android Phone:

  1. Open Settings → Tap Apps & Notifications → Find and select Zoom.
  2. Tap Permissions → Enable Camera and Microphone access.

The language of the consultation depends on the specialist you choose:
